Skills
Real-world, hands-on use of endpoint management platform, not just device enrolment
Security experience with endpoint and security tooling and/or Purview DLP, retention, or labelling
Ability to troubleshoot in hybrid cloud environments and respond to modern endpoint issues
Good understanding of IT security protocols and compliance
Responsibilities
Administer and support server operating system, AD, virtualisation platform, and public cloud platform environments
Monitor and optimise network/server performance, security, and backups
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Microsoft and open-source operating system systems
Provide 3rd line support and guidance to the wider IT team
Liaise with vendors and implement system upgrades and improvements
