Cover Supervisors Required - Wolverhampton SchoolsAspire People are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across schools in the Wolverhampton area.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain varied experience within local secondary schools. Roles are available for both daily emergency cover and long-term placements, offering flexibility and consistent work.The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Delivering pre-set work to classes in the absence of the teacherManaging classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environmentSupporting pupils to stay engaged and on taskProviding 1:1 support for pupils with SEND needs where requiredWorking collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learningAdapting quickly to different school settings and year groupsWhat We Are Looking ForApplicants must have:A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a school settingA degree (essential requirement)Strong classroom management skillsExperience delivering planned lessonsConfidence supporting pupils with SEND, including 1:1 supportExcellent communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quicklyA calm, patient, reliable and professional approachFlexibility for both daily and long-term cover assignmentsPersonal QualitiesWe are looking for individuals who are:Dedicated, resilient and dependableConfident in managing behaviour positivelyQuick-thinking problem solversPassionate about supporting children and young people in their learningIf you are interested in becoming part of our team and working across Wolverhampton schools, we would love to hear from you.To apply or find out more, please contact: Sarah or email Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
