Location: Central London (N / E / S / W postcodes)

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties across Central London.

Role includes:

Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance as the primary trade

Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Adhering to all health & safety guidelines

Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements:

Experience in social housing or residential maintenance

Strong plumbing background

Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app

A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
