About the Role

Are you a reliable and hardworking Cleaner looking for flexible or long-term work within local schools?

Complete Classroom Services is currently recruiting dedicated School Cleaners to work across a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools throughout Enfield and surrounding North London areas.

We have immediate opportunities available with flexible shift patterns, including morning, afternoon, and evening hours, making this role ideal for candidates seeking part-time or full-time work.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout school buildings and facilities

* Clean classrooms, staff rooms, reception areas, toilets, changing rooms, and communal spaces

* Carry out routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and dusting

* Clean and disinfect touchpoints such as door handles, desks, handrails, and switches

* Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other hygiene products as required

* Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage identified during cleaning duties

* Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are stored safely and securely after use

* Assist with deep cleaning during school holidays and scheduled maintenance periods

* Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and school procedures

* Adhere to all health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control guidelines

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* Previous cleaning experience within schools, offices, healthcare settings, or public buildings

* Good understanding of cleaning methods and hygiene standards

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work

* Good communication skills and a positive attitude

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Complete Classroom Services
