Temp to Perm

Working Hours:
Monday Thursday: 6:30am 3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am 1:00pm

Pay Rate:
£12.86 £13.75 per hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join a well-established and expanding manufacturing company based in Mildenhall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for dependable and motivated individuals looking for long-term employment, with the possibility of securing a permanent position after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a busy and fast-paced production environment
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively
• Assembling, handling, and processing manufactured products
• Performing quality inspections on finished goods
• Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Carrying out manual handling duties, including heavy lifting

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work towards production targets
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production setting is beneficial but not essential
