Enjoy an ongoing, self-employed opportunity working with a respected and well-established Social Housing Contractor. This Multi-Trade Operative position offers an initial 6-month contract with the potential for ongoing work beyond this period.

You’ll be joining a major Social Housing Contractor in the Sheffield area, known for providing long-term opportunities and fostering a supportive team environment. This is a company where your contribution will be valued, offering consistency and stability throughout your contract as a Multi-Trade Operative.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

• Carrying out basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and painting tasks

• Undertaking heavy lifting duties where required

• Working on kitchen refurbishment projects

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous multi-trade experience within the social housing sector

• A Basic DBS

• A Green CSCS Card

• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle

• The ability to reliably travel to and from site

The role is offering the following benefits:

This Multi-Trade Operative role is offering £176 per day.

Location & travel

Based in Sheffield, this role requires travel between one to two properties per day, making a full UK driving licence and own vehicle highly desirable.
