Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and collaboration.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Create and maintain clear classroom routines while implementing effective behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to ensure each student's needs are fully supported.
• Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for future success.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in differentiated teaching methods to accommodate various learning abilities
• Passion for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student development
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and contributing to the school community
