Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available, including long-term and permanent roles
Roles Available: Primary Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants and Cover Staff

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a range of welcoming Primary Schools across Lancashire who are already planning ahead for the new academic year. We are looking to speak with passionate, reliable and enthusiastic education professionals who are ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.

We have a variety of September opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including long-term, temp-to-perm and flexible supply roles.

• Experienced Primary Teachers
• Early Career Teachers looking for the right school
• Teaching Assistants with classroom experience
• SEN Teaching Assistants with 1:1 or small group experience
• Cover staff who are confident supporting learning across Primary year groups

• Experience working with children in a school or education setting
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for temporary positions. In some cases, the option to make a role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Educational Needs and college level, as well as support staff positions.
