Join a Nursery Where You Can Make a Real Difference
Revive EYFS Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-regarded nursery in the E16 area in their search for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and supportive team where children's wellbeing, learning and development are at the heart of everything they do. The nursery is committed to providing a safe, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop confidence and reach their full potential.
If you're an enthusiastic Early Years professional who loves supporting young children through their most important developmental years, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education for children from birth to five years old. Working as part of an experienced and collaborative team, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that support every child's individual development journey.
You'll build positive relationships with children and families, contribute to planning and assessment, and help maintain the warm and welcoming environment that makes the nursery such a special place to learn and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning across all areas of the EYFS, while observing and assessing children's development to help inform future learning opportunities.
Working closely with colleagues and families, you'll contribute to children's wellbeing, support smooth transitions throughout the nursery and ensure safeguarding remains a priority at all times. You'll also have opportunities to mentor less experienced team members and continue developing your own skills through ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a qualified Level 3 practitioner who is passionate about Early Years education and committed to providing exceptional care.
You should have experience working within a nursery environment, a good understanding of the EYFS framework and strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help children thrive are essential.
Experience using online learning journals such as Tapestry and additional qualifications such as Paediatric First Aid or SEN knowledge would be advantageous but are not essential.
What's On Offer
Why Apply?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a nursery that genuinely values its staff and invests in their development. You'll become part of a team that works together to create positive outcomes for children while providing a rewarding and supportive place to build your Early Years career.
Apply today through Revive EYFS Recruitment for immediate consideration.
