Quantity Surveyor - Cut & Carve / Refurbishment Projects
Location: Medway, Kent
Salary: Up to £72,000+ Car Allowance
The organisation is proud to be working with a reputable main contractor delivering a diverse range of cut & carve, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across Kent and the South East. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team in Medway.

The Role
The organisation is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in complex refurbishments and structural alterations. You'll be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, from early-stage cost planning through to final account, ensuring profitability and cost control throughout.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of multiple refurbishment and cut & carve schemes
Prepare cost plans, valuations, and interim applications
Manage procurement and subcontractor accounts
Produce accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Support project teams in achieving successful delivery on time and within budget About You
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience within a main contracting or specialist refurbishment environment
Proven experience in cut & carve, structural alteration, or fit-out projects
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Degree-qualified (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Package
Salary up to £72,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
