Agentic AI Engineer – Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | 12-Month Contract | Role: Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Fully Remote

Contract Length: 12 months

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

I'm working with an innovative MedTech organisation at the forefront of AI-driven healthcare solutions. They are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract and help scale cutting-edge intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks

Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions across production environments

Work with structured and unstructured data using Python & PySpark

Implement Claude Code / LLM-based workflows for real-time decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms

Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with regulatory requirementsKey Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Agentic AI architectures

Hands-on expertise with LLMs (e.g. Claude, OpenAI, etc.)

Proven background in Generative AI (GenAI)

Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark

Experience working with Claude Code or similar LLM orchestration tools

Strong engineering mindset with experience deploying into production environmentsDesirable

Experience working within Financial Services (highly regulated environments)

Exposure to MedTech / Healthcare projects

Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale pipelines
