Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas

Pay: Paid to scale M1 - M6 (Depending on Experience)

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30

Start Date: September 2026

About the Role

Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Sleaford area that is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment where pupils can thrive. The successful candidate will take full classroom responsibility, including planning, preparation, assessment and participation in wider school life.

The school is looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who can inspire pupils, promote a love of learning and support children as they continue their journey through Key Stage 2.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (ECTs welcome to Apply)

Experience teaching within a primary school setting

Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress

Strong communication and organisational skills

Willingness to complete all relevant safeguarding and compliance checks
