Commercial / Property Litigation Solicitor
Job Title: Property & Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Location: South London, England
Start Date: ASAP
Our South London based client is now recruiting for a Interim Litigation Lawyer to join them from July on an initial 6-month contract whist they recruit on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
* Previous experience supervising a team and delegating work to junior team members
* Monitor and project the litigation pipeline, anticipated new instructions, WIP, billing opportunities, capacity and resource requirements.
* Promote accountability, efficiency and high standards of client care.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive considered
* Full-time hours
* Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office required
* Transparency with costs
* Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and be comfortable advising clients on sensible, cost-effective outcomes
