M&E Site Manager

350 - 400 per day

6 month duration - 10 hour working days

An M&E Construction Manager is required at a high profile, high value hospital site in Bournemouth. RG Setsquare Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of this Tier 1 Main Contractor.

You will be bolstering the existing site management team, and will be joining this site in July.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Mechanical & Electrical packages through all phases of project delivery
• Supporting package activities from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover
• Managing M&E subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners
• Driving programme milestones and ensuring package delivery targets are achieved
• Monitoring quality, safety and compliance across package works
• Coordinating technical information, design reviews and procurement activities
• Managing interfaces between M&E works and wider construction activities
• Supporting project reporting, programme tracking and risk management processes
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and handover activities
• Working closely with Project Leads, Construction teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• Experience operating as an M&E Package Manager / Building Services Manager / MEP Manager / Senior Project Engineer within major projects
• Strong Mechanical & Electrical background delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience managing M&E subcontractors and package delivery activities
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation methodologies and commissioning processes
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across design and construction phases
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Relevant Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services qualifications preferred
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
