Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Test & Packing Operative to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based near Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment who enjoys working with precision products and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The Role Working as part of a friendly production team, your responsibilities will include:

Testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Packing products carefully and accurately for dispatch

Completing basic paperwork and production records

Carrying out visual inspections and identifying any faults

Following work instructions and quality procedures

Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised

Working closely with production and quality teams to meet customer deadlines.We're Looking For

Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment, or the desire or willingness to learn 

Experience in testing, inspecting, or packing products

Excellent attention to detail

Good manual dexterity and a methodical approach

Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethicWhat's On Offer
