Reeson Education is looking for a qualified teacher (QTS) to support a secondary-aged student with Autism (ASC) through a home tuition package in the Kensington & Chelsea area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality one-to-one tuition, helping a young person continue their education in a home setting. You will work alongside a dedicated Behaviour Mentor, who will support engagement, emotional regulation and behaviour throughout each session, allowing you to focus on delivering personalised learning.

• 25 hours per week
• 30- 35 per hour
• Home-based tuition in Kensington & Chelsea
• Working alongside a dedicated Behaviour Mentor
• Supporting a secondary-aged learner with Autism (ASC)
• Planning and delivering engaging, personalised one-to-one lessons
• Working collaboratively with the family, Behaviour Mentor and Local Authority

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching secondary-aged students
• Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH or Autism (ASC)
• The ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, flexible and nurturing approach

• Experience delivering home tuition, outreach or alternative provision
• Experience working with learners accessing EOTAS or Section 19 provision
• Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies for learners with additional needs
