In this role of IT Category Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the sourcing of IS services in the UK and some of Europe. This is an exciting time to get involved, working closely with IT Leadership following a recent global technology transformation.
You will be involved in strategic planning, negotiation and coordination to ensure that strong contracts are in place, plus deliver the relevant strategic projects, working together with key business functions.
Strong IT procurement experience.
Experience of Managing and delivering relevant new contracts and contract renewals.
Experience of delivering strategic IT delivery projects.
Understanding of software licensing models, including SaaS, perpetual, subscription, and cloud-based agreements.
Experienced with Information Security, Digital and Commercial Products contract negotiation.
Demonstrated success in cost optimisation, value realisation, and spend analysis across IT categories.
