Electrical Engineer – Heathrow Airport

Start Date: Monday 6th July

Location: Heathrow Airport

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday

£27.00 - £33.75ph

We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer for a long-term project based at Heathrow Airport, with an immediate start available on Monday 29th June.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team working on industrial electrical installations within a fast-paced airport environment.

Applicants must be able to provide a five-year verifiable employment history and be eligible to obtain an airside pass.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation, wiring, and termination of industrial electrical systems.

* Working on large industrial control panels and associated equipment.

* Fault finding, testing, and commissioning where required.

* Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.

Requirements

* Qualified Electrical Engineer/Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

* ECS/JIB Gold Card preferred.

* Previous experience working with industrial-sized control panels is highly desirable.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
