The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)• Be completing or have recently completed their ECT training• Have a passion for inspiring and motivating young learners• Demonstrate strong classroom practice and a willingness to learn• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues• Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for all children
