• 180+ days commercial driving experience
• Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Max 5 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN/CD/TT endorsements)
• Understanding of driver hours & WTD rules
• Professional, reliable, and able to pass DBS check
• Complete site assessment & induction
