Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Day Shifts Only)

Salary/Rate: 25.00 - 40.00 per hour (Umbrella)

We have a fantastic block booking opportunity available immediately at the Carleton Clinic in Carlisle. This role is perfect for experienced Band 5 RMNs who thrive on a structured, rolling shift pattern and want the peace of mind that comes with guaranteed hours.

This block booking offers a highly stable work pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, ensuring you can plan your life outside of work with absolute confidence. You will become an integral part of the team at the Carleton Clinic, providing high-quality care within a supportive environment. We are looking for individuals ready to commit to this specific rotation immediately.

• Deliver comprehensive mental health nursing care to patients.

• Adhere to the strict 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern without deviation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and uphold professional standards.

• Day Rate: 25.00 per hour

• Saturday Rate: 32.51 per hour

• Sunday / Bank Holiday Rate: 40.00 per hour

To be fast-tracked for this role, you must meet the following compliance criteria:

• NMC Registration: Valid Band 5 RMN Pin.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of RMN experience within the NHS in the last 3 years.

• DBS: Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.

• Training: Valid, in-date PMVA (BILD accredited) and Mandatory Training certificates.

• Health: Proof of immunisations (MMR, Hepatitis B, and BCG).

• Right to Work: Full UK Right to Work documentation. (Please note: Sponsorship cannot be provided for this role).

• Availability: Immediate readiness to commence the 4 on, 4 off rotation.
