Monday to Thursday | 07:00 - 17:00

We are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team based in Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role within a busy production environment.

The Role:

Reading and following job tickets, labels and work instructions accurately

Identifying products and ensuring the correct labels are used

Supporting the production process to meet quality standards

Carrying out general production and assembly duties

Ensuring products are prepared correctly for the next stage of manufacture

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

✔ Good attention to detail

✔ Ability to read and follow written instructions and labels accurately

✔ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

✔ Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

✔ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

✔ A willingness to learn and develop new skills
