Employee Communications & Engagement Manager

📍 Reading (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

📅 6-Month Contract

Are you the person who shapes the narrative, influences senior leaders, and knows exactly how communications will land?

We're looking for an experienced Employee Communications & Engagement Manager to lead internal communications and engagement across a dynamic organisation. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with senior leadership to craft compelling messaging, deliver high-impact employee events, and drive engagement through clear, authentic communication.

You'll be responsible for:

Developing and delivering internal communications strategies

Writing executive and leadership communications

Planning and running company-wide events and town halls

Leading change communications and employee engagement initiatives

Advising senior stakeholders on the best communication approach and channelsWe're looking for someone with exceptional storytelling skills, strong executive presence, and a proven background in internal communications, employee engagement, and leadership communications.
