Joinery Biased Multi Trader - Social Housing (Damp & Mould Contract)

📅 Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Contract

⏰ Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

💷 Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joinery Biased Multi Trader to join a growing team delivering repairs on a Social Housing Damp & Mould Contract across Barnsley.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out first and second fix joinery repairs.

Repair and replace skirting boards, architraves, internal doors, door frames and kitchen units.

Complete making-good works following damp and mould treatment.

Undertake basic multi-trade tasks including patch plastering, tiling, mastic, decorating and minor plumbing where required.

Work efficiently within occupied social housing properties while providing excellent customer service.

Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joinery Biased Multi Trader.

Previous experience within social housing repairs and maintenance is preferred.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Own tools.

CSCS card (preferred).

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working in tenants' homes.
