Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a Gravity Die Caster to join a well-established manufacturing site in Birmingham. The role is ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate, including a potential pay increase to 14- 15 per hour.

Working as part of a skilled casting team, your duties will include:
- Operating gravity die casting machinery and equipment
- Pouring and monitoring molten metal safely and efficiently
- Inspecting castings for defects and quality standards
- Adhering to strict health & safety procedures at all times

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm
Pay rate: 13.50 p/h
Pay frequency: Weekly
Holiday pay: Accrued and paid weekly

- Previous experience in die casting or similar manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong understanding of health & safety in an industrial setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a physically demanding role
- Right to work in the UK - documentation will be required before start
