SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Nursery Assistant at a STUNNING, highly coveted nursery in Wandsworth boasting expansive gardens, fruit & vegetable orchard, and onsite Forest School - with EXCELLENT PAY determined by experience plus review for salary increase after 12 weeks!

We're recruiting dedicated childcare practitioners and early years specialists to serve as key persons with toddlers in this remarkable nursery environment.

YOUR ROLE

As a nursery assistant, you'll be:

• Nurturing toddler growth through dynamic indoor and outdoor experiences within our early years setting
• Serving as a key person in this exceptional nursery, fostering meaningful bonds with 1-2 year olds and families
• Facilitating thrilling Forest School sessions and outdoor explorations across our magnificent nursery site
• Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate early years programming that encourages play-based learning
• Working alongside the nursery staff to establish a caring and enriching childcare atmosphere for young learners
• Assisting children with daily care routines including feeding, rest time, and hygiene within our early years structure
• Recording comprehensive observations and evaluations of children development according to early years standards
• Take advantage of the excellent education and training the sector offers to deliver exceptional experiences

• Background in childcare environments, especially supporting 1-2 year olds

• Persistence and optimistic mindset when addressing challenging toddler behaviours in nursery situations
• Professional demeanor and caring, supportive character ideal for early years childcare
• Innovative and inspiring approach to nursery-centred early years learning
