Experienced Upper KS2 Teacher - Year 5/6 Opportunity (M2+)**

Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced **Upper KS2 Teacher** to support a primary school looking for a confident and knowledgeable classroom practitioner.

The school is seeking a teacher who has experience working with older primary pupils and understands the importance of preparing children for secondary transition while maintaining high expectations and strong pupil progress.

This role would suit a teacher who enjoys challenging learners, developing independence, and creating a classroom culture where pupils thrive.

**The Role:**

* Teaching within Upper KS2 (Year 5 or Year 6)

* Delivering engaging and challenging lessons

* Supporting pupil progress through effective assessment

* Preparing pupils for key transition points

* Developing confidence, independence, and resilience

* Working with colleagues to support whole-school priorities

**The Ideal Candidate:**

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experienced primary teacher (M2+ or equivalent)

* Strong Upper KS2 curriculum knowledge

* Confident supporting assessment and attainment targets

* Excellent behaviour management skills

* Passionate about helping pupils achieve their best
