As 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst you will be a natural troubleshooter with a proven background in supporting escalated tickets. The 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will have a broad and solid range of technical skills covering tech such as Connectwise, M365, server operating system, public cloud platform, identity and access management platform, Networking, firewalls, switches, WAP, VPN. This is a fast paced MSp environment and as such you will be comfortable working in a pressurised yet fun and dynamic environment. Along side your technical competency you will be an outstanding communicator driven by client satisfaction and ltop class levels of customer service.
