Social Media Manager (Freelance)

We are searching for a talented and hands on freelance Social Media/Marketing Consultant for a remote and part-time contract role with a London headquartered private equity firm. The new Social Media Consultant will need to have strong Financial Services experience and a background in creating content and engagement via professional networking platform specifically.
The Social Media Consultant will work closely with the Head of Marketing creating content and engagement via professional networking platform on behalf of individuals withint the investment team.

Experience:
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills (professional networking platform essential)
• Financial services background, ideally private equity/asset management
• Good understanding of tone and optimising social engagement
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities:
• Drafting social posts and comments on behalf of individuals in the investment team (primarily on professional networking platform)
• Researching industry and sector trends/posts for them to comment on to build their personal brand/network
• Posting above comments and other ad-hoc posts as agreed with the individuals
• Managing and executing paid campaigns on professional networking platform on behalf of the organisation
