Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a primary school environment.

The school is looking for a confident and capable HLTA who can take on additional responsibility, support classroom learning, deliver interventions, and provide high-quality support across different year groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to progress further within education and use their skills to have a greater impact on pupil outcomes.

The Role:
Leading learning activities and interventions
Providing classroom cover when required
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Delivering planned lessons and small-group sessions
Supporting teachers with classroom organisation and learning strategies
Helping monitor pupil progress and engagement

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
Recent experience working within a UK primary school
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Confident leading groups of pupils independently
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Passionate about supporting children's development
