Vehicle Marshall / Banksman (Plymouth) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

Competitive rate depending on experience/qualifications

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:

* CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller A73

* Safety Critical Medical

* Previous experience working as a Vehicle Marshall/Banksman on major construction or infrastructure projects

* Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures

* Ability to communicate effectively with plant operators, drivers and site personnel

* Reliable and proactive approach to work

* Ability to work safely in a live construction environment

* Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance

* Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years

This role is site based - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely marshal and direct plant, vehicles and deliveries around site

* Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely and efficiently

* Maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation

* Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators and site management

* Assist with traffic management and site logistics

* Monitor work areas and report any safety concerns

* Support site teams in maintaining a safe working environment

* Ensure compliance with project Health & Safety procedures at all times
