Clerical Admin Job Responsibilities
As a key member of the administrative team, the Clerical Admin will be responsible for supporting housing operations through various tasks, including:
Managing and maintaining accurate records and files related to housing services
Handling correspondence and incoming inquiries promptly and professionally
Assisting with data entry and report generation to support operational activities
Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and housing regulations
Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments efficiently
Contributing to the overall organization and efficiency of the departmentCandidate Responsibilities
Deliver excellent administrative support tailored to the housing department
Keep records organized and up-to-date for audit and compliance purposes
Respond promptly to internal and external communications

Previous experience in housing or related administrative roles

£16.76 per hour LTD company rate
