Job Title: Freelance Site Manager

Rate: £275 - £300 p/d DOE

Location: Birmingham

Sector: Structural Framing

Are you an experienced Site Manager with experience in delivering structural framing projects?

Freelance opportunity for someone to join a specialist framing contractor who has a strong pipeline of work. Your experience in delivering structural framing projects will be key as you will be the first point of contact on each site for all technical queries for a tier 1 contractor client and sub contractors.

We are looking to talk to candidates from timber frame, engineered timber, structural steel or LGSF backgrounds. Ideally someone who has worked directly for the framing contractor.

Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

Able to travel around Birmingham for 2 concurrent projects

Can demonstrate a background in delivering structural framing projects

Possesses a PERSONAL CIS number to be paid through umbrella company

Can start this contract the first week of AugustKey Skills: Site Manager, Freelance, MMC, Offsite Construction, Timber Frame, Engineered Timber, Structural Steel, LGSF
