Long-Term & Supply Roles (Morley, LS27)

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will contribute to high-quality teaching and a positive learning environment. Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include:

• Planning engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
• Creating an inclusive classroom that inspires learning
• Implementing behaviour strategies that promote a calm, focused atmosphere
• Working collaboratively with staff, parents and carers
• Assessing and tracking learning
• Participating in wider school life, meetings and CPD where required

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in primary settings
• Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
