Lancaster Start Date: September 2026 Full-time: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:15 Long-term role (likely full academic year)

Veritas Education are working with a primary school in Lancaster who are looking to appoint two Teaching Assistants for September 2026.

The school are seeking flexible and committed candidates who are happy to work across different year groups (TBC) and provide 1:1 support where required.

• Full-time Teaching Assistant positions
• Supporting pupils across primary year groups (TBC)
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Experience with SEN or a willingness to support pupils on a 1:1 basis
• A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development

• Long-term opportunity starting in September
• Termly review with a strong likelihood of continuing for the full academic year
• Support from a dedicated consultant throughout the recruitment process

• Established relationships with local schools
