Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Chester.

About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting children with their learning and development
• Assisting the teacher with classroom activities
• Promoting a safe and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) desirable but not essential
