Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Chester to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time supply role starting in September. As the successful Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress.
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A creative and engaging approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
