• Execute all aspects of manufacturing and packaging for Dehydrated Culture Media products.
• Follow defined processes to create batch manufacturing records, manage labeling, and utilise specific equipment to ensure product excellence.
• Manage inventory and production updates within the stock management system (SAP).
• Maintain meticulous training records and adhere to quality management standards.
• Participate actively in daily departmental meetings, monitoring core performance and safety metrics.
• Embrace continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline tasks and enhance team productivity.

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a proven ability to follow written instructions and record data accurately.
• Comfortable utilising computer systems, including email and internal databases.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including the manual lifting of 25kg material bags.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred, though not essential for candidates demonstrating the right aptitude and work ethic.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and professional accountability.

• Competitive Compensation: 13.46 per hour, plus an additional 20% shift allowance. ( 16.15 total)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
• Duration: 12-month contract.
