Salary: £110 - £130 per day

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a long-term basis from September. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, provide targeted intervention sessions and work closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils receive the highest standard of education and support.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will have:

• HLTA Status or an equivalent qualification or relevant experience
• Experience supporting teaching and learning within a primary school setting
• The confidence to deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, flexible and positive approach to supporting pupils and staff
