If you are looking for a full-time role from September, we have an exciting vacancy for you!

A school within Erdington is looking for a full-time member of staff to work within Year 4.
This role involves full responsibilities (planning, reports, parent's evening etc), so the school are looking for an individual with strong KS2 curriculum knowledge.

This class has a mixture of needs and behaviour, so requires an individual who is adaptable, and able to keep children engaged in their learning.

This role is from September 2026-July 2027.

You must have QTS
An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
A friendly caring nature
The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
Keen to learn and develop professionally
Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
