Weekly Rotating Shifts:

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Looking for a long-term forklift role with regular hours and weekly pay? We're recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company in Maldon.

This is an ongoing opportunity with an immediate start, offering stable Monday to Friday work, a supportive team environment and the chance to gain valuable experience within a busy production setting.

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by moving materials safely around the site.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Supplying raw materials to production lines
• Moving finished products into warehouse and dispatch areas
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Carrying out daily forklift safety checks
• Assisting with stock movements and general warehouse duties
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Supporting the production team when required
• Following all health and safety procedures

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll need:

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Previous Counterbalance forklift driving experience
• Manufacturing and production or warehouse experience
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is beneficial due to the shift pattern and location
