We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to provide Specialist Resource Base Support across a number of welcoming Primary Schools in Caerphilly. Thanks to our excellent relationships with schools throughout Caerphilly, we have a variety of opportunities available, ranging from flexible ad-hoc supply work to full-time, long-term positions five days a week.

Our aim is to provide schools with reliable, skilled staff while ensuring every Teaching Assistant is matched to a role that suits their experience, availability, and career goals.

As part of our Specialist Resource Base Support team, you will:

• Support pupils with additional learning needs within specialist resource bases
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and wider school staff to support individual learning plans
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
• Strong experience providing support to pupils with additional learning needs
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across schools in Caerphilly

• Flexible ad-hoc, short-term, and long-term assignments
• Competitive daily pay from 93 per day, with higher rates depending on client rates, qualifications, and experience
• Dedicated consultant support throughout your placements

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
