Are you a passionate and experienced Social Worker dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of children and the family members who step up to care for them?

We are looking for two motivated Social Workers to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Connected Carers Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly collaborative environment that truly values professional growth, team impact, and high-quality practice.

• Support & Supervision: Provide high-quality assessment, supervision, and ongoing support to our dedicated connected carers.

• Training & Development: Deliver tailored training to help connected carers build their confidence, knowledge, and practical skills.

• Child-Centric Care: Empower carers to effectively meet the diverse and evolving needs of the children in their care.

• A qualified Social Worker (with active Social Work England registration).

• Experience in Fostering, Kinship Care, or Connected Persons assessments (preferred).

• A commitment to empowering others and a thrive-in-a-team attitude.

• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (carers are primarily based in/around Durham, but wider travel may be required).
