Supply Teacher

• Salary: From £130 per day
• Location: West Sussex and Surrey

We are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our dynamic team, covering lessons across various schools in West Sussex and Surrey. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have the flexibility to work on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students to ensure a constructive learning environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Cover lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher across various subjects.
• Implement existing lesson plans and ensure a stable and supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using appropriate strategies to foster a constructive learning atmosphere.
• Engage students in learning activities, ensuring they remain on task and understand the material being covered.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students and classroom environments.
• Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities to the regular teaching staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience in a teaching role, with strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and new classrooms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• A passion for education and a commitment to professional development.
