Production Operative – Night Shift

Pay (Night Shift):

£14.66 per hour (starter rate)

£16.13 per hour (one skill)

£18.99 per hour (multi‑skilled)

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week

Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities

Operating and setting up high‑tech production machinery

Maintaining product quality to company standards

Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Progressing through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled

Overtime (Time and a Half):

£21.99 per hour (starter rate)

£24.20 per hour (one skill)

£28.49 per hour (multi‑skilled)
