About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide targeted support to students inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

We're Looking for a Dedicated Candidate to:

Support students in lessons across a range of subjects

Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Assist students with additional learning needs

Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement

Encourage students' confidence, independence, and participation

Collaborate with teaching staff to support student progressRequirements:

Previous experience working with young people (desirable)

A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in education and supporting students
