Landlord Engagement Officer – 6‑Month FTC

£40,000 pro rota Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite (City of London)

The Role

Landlord Outreach — Contact landlords, building owners, and property managers.

Consent Acquisition — Secure approval for upgrade works.

CRM Management — Track conversations, contacts, and progress.

Relationship Building — Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.

Target Delivery — Meet monthly and contract‑wide consent goals.

Reporting — Provide updates on KPIs and activity.What You’ll Bring

Strong communication and confidence on the phone

Proactive, self‑starting approach

Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records

Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems

Experience in sales or customer engagement

Microsoft Office proficiency
