About Us:

We are a teaching agency working with a successful and vibrant two-form entry primary school in the Borough of Havering who are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA.

About The Client:

We are working with a friendly and thriving primary school in Gidea Park, in the London Borough of Havering. The school are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a child on a 1:1 basis. As a Year 3 SEN TA, you would be supporting a child with autism. The child can be loud, is quite set in his ways but very intelligent. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging the child.

Key Responsibilities for the Year 3 SEN TA:

* Support a SEN pupil as a Year 3 SEN TA

* Thorough understanding of ASD

* Provide 1:1 support for a child

* Differentiate activities as required

* Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Year 3 SEN TA:

* Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA

* Experience in supporting pupils with ASD

* Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups

* Willingness to work part of a team
