The school is looking to appoint a dedicated English Teacher on a permanent basis from September. The successful English Teacher will deliver creative and engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspire a love of literature and language, and play an active role in supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes while contributing to the continued success of a collaborative English department.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4

• Strong classroom management skills

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated and inspiring lessons

• A genuine commitment to raising standards and helping every student succeed

• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
