Rate: Competitive (depending on experience)

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to work on a busy project at RAF Lakenheath. This is a long-term opportunity running through to Christmas, offering consistent work on a well-established site.
This is a dual-role position, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to step out of the cab and support groundworks when required.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
Assisting with general groundworks duties when not operating machinery
Trenching, drainage, and site preparation
Supporting the site team to ensure work is completed to a high standard
Following all health & safety procedures on site

Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
Proven experience operating 360 machinery on construction sites
Must be comfortable working on the ground as a groundworker
Right to work in the UK
Ability to pass security clearance due to site location (RAF base)
Strong work ethic and reliability
